★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day to all. This is an honest review for my recent purchase of BMW 330I M-Sport 2021 from Auto Bavaria showroom located at Sungai Besi. From the moment we stepped our foot in Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi showroom and saw the car we were really interested in, we knew that our journey from now on was totally worth it. Our plan was immediately backed up as soon as Albert Leong came along to greet us and gave us full access to the vehicle which was exactly as described in the showroom advert. He was great right from the first meeting to the moment we drove away with our new car. Albert was helpful, professional, fantastic all round, very friendly, highly informative and very flexible. He wasn't pushy in nature and there was no hard sales pitch going on the entire time. A very pleasant salesman to deal with. He made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. He gave us complete access to the car and an extended test drive. Albert also quoted us a very fair price for our previous vehicle trade in and were always on the phone to talk through the pros and cons of the car (he was honest on all aspects of what we were buying), the payment process, and how we could do things safely and easily. The deal was easily completed and arrangements were made to collect the car within a short span of time. All in all an excellent transaction and even after a small fault developed, a phone call to Albert is all it takes to solve the problem at no cost or inconvenience to ourselves. I valued the professionalism and integrity of Albert. A top notch class, hassle free after sales service has been presented to us till date. A very highly recommended salesman to go to get a great deal on your dream car. We will definitely go back to Albert when we are looking for our next car. On a final note, we absolutely love the new car. It is perfect for my dear husband. If you want a car that comes with reassurance, a quality guarantee and great customer service, give him a phone call. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fantastic experience with a quality and professional service. Thank you.
