This is bad experience i come this BRANCH, I'm ready to booking Bmw 5 series in this branch, after i come in all the SA they have see me and my brother, but they totally no serve us at all... not offense, i saw the "botak" SA he keep see us, but he continue his cake oso don wan serve us... maybe work at Bmw all high salary, that why not solid case don't wan to serve... i mention only this DAMANSARA BRANCH...NOT OFFENSE TO OTHER BRANCHES... NVM THANKS BMW MALAYSIA CREATE SO "GOOD" BRANCH SERVICE IN KLANG VALLEY

Rubbish experience with Johan. If you’re at their mercy, get a better representative. After 4 weeks, no update on car - called centre so many times and they too can’t get to johan. Now have to make police report as ingress keeps car for almost a month with no invoice, receipt or a call for an update.

I've severely disappointed with the drop in quality service from Ingress. Every other time the service people have been responsible, clear and accountable when dealing with. This time around car is stuck with them for 1 month+ and yet to hear an update on when can be ready. Understand the challenges with getting spare parts but the service person, Johann has been unprofessional not just in keeping to his word (said will call to update but never does, always i have to call and remind and ask) but also has no idea what a realistic timeline is on servicing the car. Says next week, then next week then next week - i'd much prefer if it was just honest and says he doesnt know but approximately might take 3-4 weeks at least i can plan my schedule around it. Instead, it has caused such a massive inconvenience

Dad got a BMW here. The lady Ms Eva was very nice. Great customer service. I enjoyed watching a concert that's on my usb drive in the 5 series. Sound system best

If you're under any illusions that BMW is a premium car brand, please come deal with the people at Ingress Auto Damansara. 1) Premium Selection - Zero attempts to entice people to buy into the BMW experience. If they think you cannot afford the car, they won't entertain you or just do the bare minimum. There's no value add to a Premium Selection vehicle. Sure, there's an extensive check done to the car but how do I as a buyer know? I'll just have to take your word for it? Okay. 2) Servicing - What's the point of a 5-year service and parts warranty when it takes so long to get an appointment, days to just DIAGNOSE your car, and days to weeks to implement a fix -- and that's if they fix it properly the first time? I've had mechanics leave parts inside the car and fail to fix things properly. And these are OFFICIAL BMW technicians mind you. To add insult to injury the parts are marked up so much. What a rip off. BMW is a 100-year-old car brand and its fans and owners LOVE the brand with a PASSION. Unfortunately most of the people who work here are obviously just here because it's "just a job." They're just here to earn their basic, get the commission and then go home. BMW may be a vehicle brand, but it is not a premium brand.
