★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, less experienced beauticians (one beautician shaved my eyebrow, leaving a blank spot which I have to cover with eyebrow powder for almost one month), too pushy in sales. Push customers to upgrade & add on other treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Been sign up 2nd time for their treatment as first batch was good. After changing shop,their service become so bad. Give me a very less experience beautician to clean my face which i don't even feel that she is washing. Keep applying things on my face then left for like hours. Promise to have 10 mins massage time but twice they forgot. Went there, first thing they ask,"do u want to upgrade your treatment??we have new technology..". OMG...
2nd ppl c me, ask me again "do u want to take more treatment"!! Do u think I'll continue your service? Hope they can improve on everything...
