★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked one AIRBNB here. It was a nice experience staying over for one night. This place is somewhat in the middle of PJ so quite convenient, can access to food and mall easily too. Highly recommended for a short stay! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice units. Japanese inspired studio setup. Management and Security are very nice and polite. Except for the owner who owns the tokb bar who happens to own the empty space in front of tokb and the 17 to 18 floor that has a very big pool and leisure area that is being wasted. Might as well rent it out at a reasonable fee to share the very nicely located facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly stay away from renting D07-12 especially if you encounter with agent named, Ivan Kok.
1. Lies about he had done maintenance for the air con. Kindly contact the service guy. They cleaned the air con outer case full of dust in the toilet and it still so fresh like it happened yesterday. The air con piping has very serious issue which it leaks every 2 to 3 weeks. Monthly maintenance for the air con costs RM80 per service. ?
2. Lied about the condition of the premise. Never mentioned about the unit is infested with cockroaches. After the tenant discovered, he just pass a name card and tell me to solve myself as it is “normal”.
3. Lies about to rent out the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited to rent out any parking lot to the third party.
4. Lies about the sliding door is fixed. Can’t even open with one hand as it is stuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security Guards are superb and very helpful (5/5). Environment overall is very clean but main entrance and the ground floor (lobby) is getting shabby, store room can see through at lobby. Just rare. it doesn't suit as a building for designer suite. Not a good stay in long term. Poor sound proof on the wall, noisy neighbours and footstep next door/ upstairs, basically you can hear the noise next door all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it is pretty decent place to live and equipped with good amenities. For the management is somehow helpful, they help me with the new access card for short period of time because I have faulty card.
Ground floor, they should allow a cafe’s or restaurant with good and cheap prices as it is quite difficult to get a decent price food here while wfh.
I wish the communities here can request for the ship structure to be accessible for the tenants as it is prohibited to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, studio apartment for one or two people. Have all amenities you could asked for, but only couple things slack in execution. Booked it on agoda, but on oyo my booking hadn’t appear and I can’t checked in, although I already booked the place a day before. i have to wait in front of the premises for more than hours. Several calls had to be made, and finally a runner come at this point it reach 2 hours. You can only park outside the apartment but at your own risk. if you want to park inside you gotta pay rm10 from midnight till morning. Other downside is. The toilet is really dirty, you can see the mildew and a mold in between the crevices, the shower head broke, the floor still had so many water spot or some type of spot that appeared when it dry, definitely stepped in with a pair of thongs. and also had an old sock smells. Sofa bed at the 13-08 is broke but still there like it purposely made like that. Can’t turned on the tv at all. Internet was good. Fridge are dirty I can’t imagine what had been stuffed inside and be left like that till the next check in.
