โ โ โ โ โ Water heater broke down. Aircons leak often after a few months because piping doesn't slant down to outside. Kitchen piping not well down. Kitchen cupboards can't close well. No main water filter at main gate. Water comes in very dirty. So expensive to maintain but no value

โ โ โ โ โ TTDI Ascencia is one of my favourite located place. MRT station is just infront of the gate. All the restaurents, medicals and other kinds of shops are are reachable in 5 min walking distance. KLIA is 15 min drive only. 15 min train distance to KL sentral.

Cost performance is not good.
In middle of 2019, I inspected 4-5 Fully furnished studio rooms but it was not valuable for me.
Small pool, dark gym, not cleaned common area,There is no sign of people.
No dryer wash machine, small room, not enough kitchen space not nice furniture but the fully furnished rent price was minimum RM2.2K.(Of course after nego..)
I think better to take Tropicana Gardens if you want to live near MRT.
Tropicana Gardens has good cost performance. You can live more beautiful,specious and gorgeous facilities by same price or more cheaper.
I could not understand why this condo is so expensive.
I think owner should less rent fee.
Many rooms have been vacant for a long time. Disappointing...

โ โ โ โ โ Great location, right next to the MRT train station. Nice clean building, very well serviced and good level of security.
There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. Closest shop is at the train station. Shops, restaurants and cafes are not too far, about 7 to 9 mins walk.
Most people living in the building are owners so no noise problems and disturbance.

โ โ โ โ โ Brand new building, beautifully designed. Fantastic location for an apartment as it is in the TTDI neighbourhood (a decent, clean and safe one full of pensioners and ex-civil servants). The MRT is literally at its front door, making traveling into the heart of Kuala Lumpur a breeze. Traffic to reach the place can be bad during rush hour but in general only adds about 10 extra minutes to your journey. Tropicana City Mall is within walking distance, and Benโs General Food Store is two blocks away.

โ โ โ โ โ This rather new condo building is strategically positioned in the midst of shopping places, abundant restaurants and a wet market. The LRT station is just next door, which makes traveling around town so easy. The security staff are friendly and very attentive. Parking can be a bit of a problem. Looking for the building can also be a problem if you are not familiar with area. Other than that, excellent location, and views from the high floors are great. Very clean and secure. The gym and pool are hardly used.

โ โ โ โ โ Positive points: Near to MRT, next to ttdi area
Negative points: Apartments are small, bad parking design everyone who park there have issues due to narrow spaces and ways. Condo is noisy due to the near highway. If you open the windows or turn on the aircon be ready to have pollution from cars inside. Pool is super noisy, not a good place to relax.
Quality-price is not interesting from my point of view.
