d	diana zainal abidin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost we have been using Avisena when it was known as DEMC located at a shoplot near Seksyen 9. The services then was awesome, doctors like Dr Zaini, Dr Amarjit, (to name a few) were excellent and friendly. Sadly these outstanding services had started to deteriorate. Today's visit was one of them 11.02am - Arrived at Emergency and was seen by the Doctor less than 5 mins after that. Not very friendly. 11.11am - Reached the Xray Dept and was also being called less than 5 mins. My son was the only patient. 12.53 pm - After nearly 2 hrs of waiting and complaining as well as personally following up with the person at the Xray dept, was called to see the same Doctor again. Reason given for the delay was the Doc responsible to see and evaluate the Xray was busy and waiting time is normally long. The Doc's treatment was better this time. After the long wait it took him less than 5 mins to tell me the result. 1.00 pm - when to billings and pharmacy 1.15pm - Paid the bill due and got the meds. I strongly feel...there is the need to relook at the whole process. There are still good Docs (specialists) in the hospital providing excellent services hence the reason I still continue to go. But there is always a limit to things.

Been suffering from this sharp pain for quite some time until I met this kind & understanding lady orthopedic in Avisena, Dr Sharizan Yusof. Did my RFA lumbar procedure on 20/10/2021 under her...she is very calm,experienced and understanding. Alhamdulillah all went well.. She is very nice and will surely recommend Dr Sharizan to others! It's hard to find lady orthopedic nowdays!
A	Aaron Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent medical services, beginning from the moment the concierge staff greets you at the main entrance right until you get your medications at the pharmacy section. Professional, courteous, and friendly medical doctors and staff. Very clean and pleasant facilities. Has Gloria Jeans Coffee at the entrance, other fast food (delicious) pastry shops, florist, and ATM machines. There are also a few other eateries upstairs in a comfortable setting and ambience. Ample car parking just next to the hospital; parking lots are big enough even for a 4x4 truck or MPV to drive-in easily. Definitely a recommended private specialist hospital in Shah Alam.
K	Khairie Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’m so disappointed with the service here. first time coming and every follow ups i have to wait for 1 hour just for GL processing. and for clinic, if i arrived late, due to Friday prayer or whatever (the clinic i have to go only open on Friday), it took hours before i get to be attended. my first follow up, i’ve waited almost 3 hours. and my sessions only lasted about 10 minutes. today i came for another follow up, same thing. it has been 3hrs waiting and counting, and still no sign for me to get called. i would give 0 star, but it’s impossible so i had to put 1.

M	Musaab Mesuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why after changing its name, I felt the charges ridiculously expensive. Second, they cannot justify to me charges for mask, robe, faceshield and few items for isolation's ward (before you admitted, you need to isolate while waiting for covid result). They are wearing the same item to visit all the patients, but the charges were charged full for each patient ? Their answer is simple, they push you to customer relationship counter which is ; you never satisfied with the same answer they give - "we will investigate" ? Third, about the admin fees. They charged twice eventhough the doctor suddenly in quarantine.(I did asked them to exclude because I have wasted my time today for the appointment that has been cancelled on their side) For example; when you had appointment on that day to see the specialist, nurse will ask you to do xray.. after xray you get notifications that the specialist doctor were close contact and need to reschedule. They will ask you to pay for the bills together with admin fees for that day. (Not humanising at all) You will need to come again for xray review, and you will be charged for another admin fees. I wish I read the review before coming here because before they changed their name, everything was good. Now, sorry.. not anymore

I	Ikhwan Aidil Mohd Ikhsan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slower than Gov hospital. 1)During second visit, waited 2 hours plus to met Dr. for 10 running numbers. 2)During first visit waited 1 hour plus. 3) During first visit, given unnecessary meds (cream and bath) 4) During first visit, Dr. fall asleep whilst giving consultations, perhaps exhausted. 5) Open parking, no basement parking (only for staff). It was heavily raining and no assistance provided. Comprehensive allergy test though.
