Open 24hrs, but for time being they only open from 0700-2330 due to short of doctors during night shift causing the clinic open time shortened. Based on schedule, they will specialist doctor come over to see the patient. So if you really need a good specific asvice, pls ask the details on the doctor visit schedule at the reception. The reception & staff also polite & friendly to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us that the PCR results will be in 24 hours, but we had to wait longer because they outsource it to an external lab. We tested on 5 Jan, only to receive on 7 Jan. Overall the service was decent, however can be improved as how to accommodate to positive COVID-19 patients, ie what are the next steps to take, and what sort of information should we know? Not just to let them go right after the testing and say “take care”.
As a testing clinic, it is a part of your responsibility to expect some of your patients would be positive, so accommodate them with sufficient information according to the current recommendations given by the MoH. When asked, they said they’ll call back and get back to us (probably unsure what to do, lack the preparation of information), but they handled the questions well, so I’d give them points

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst attitude shown by the receptionist lady. Came in just to get a check up for a sore throat, but got treated so terribly by the lady. That already ruined my mood, and on top of that she showed very rude behavior by making impatient noises and remarks. Very obvious that she didn’t want to layan me properly, when I say I’m new to the clinic, she make a malas face. Not to mention, the doctor also never checked me properly if I had a fever or not. In the end, my money was completely wasted. Next time, please be considerate of your customer’s time and feelings. Your service should be worth our money. Sekian.
