waiting time here sucks, they had printer problem said cannot print out results (email anyone) worst, dr vidia even answered her phone twice while in consultation, dafuq

The waiting time is too long for a private hosp. Register for ward admission at 1PM. Now at 5PM, the room still in cleaning process? Has to wait while my daughter keep crying in pain. First and last admitted here.

Good service,good docs,good nurse. Buy ive been here a few times and every single time im swarmed with mosquitoes at the pharmacy are and nebulizing area. Too many mosquitoes!!!!

Not happy with the admission time even to isolation room only while waiting for pcr test. Have been here since 11am until 5pm (6 hours the time during writing this review) no feedback on admission room. Dont know when will get the room. Really cant accept this from a private hospital. By the way credit to the specialist doctor who is really kind.

Compared to other private specialist hospitals,consultation charge was too expensive.Doctor was ok but didnt examine my child much.The registration guy was very polite and good.Service overall was ok .

Long waiting time. The bill counter so slow! Need to do something. The head of team should be there to supervise them. Avisena team should read all the comments here since all the comments give a bad review!

Nurses unhelpful. Doctor uncommunicative. New queue number given at Billling counter serves only to confuse. 2122 to 2024 My daughter needed a nebulizer and I was expected to secure the face mask on to her face without proper guidance as to how. Most of the nebulised drug was rendered useless as I did not not know how to properly restrain my daughter. I asked a nurse if my daughter has asthma and she just brushed me off with a, didn't the doctor tell you? At the billing counter, I was asked if I was going to pick up any medicine. It's puzzling why I am supposed to answer that. The answer should be evident within their system. But the lady handling their blood lab was awesome n cheerful. Wish the rest of the staff were like her

Finally completed my daughter’s routine immunization and we’ve been going to another private hospital in KL now. It is because of the services provided in Avisena Children’s Hospital throughout our 2.5yrs of visit. From my own experience, ER waiting time is 3hrs whilst specialist visit on a Saturday is close to 3hrs even with appointments. They’ll packed up >20 patients per specialist from 9am to 1pm and it’ll be a first come first serve basis on that day. Waiting area was mostly packed with patients. My daughter was hospitalized once due to bronchitis for 5days and it was the worst experience ever. Meds were given late from its scheduled time. Most nurses were nice except for one untrained nurse at level 6 who scolded my 2yrs old daughter for crying outside of the treatment room, this happened when i was not at scene. I could hear the shouting voice as i was standing in front of my daughter’s room located near to the nurse counter. When i walked towards them, she quickly changed her tone to calming. To my surprise, she had placed my daughter on a high chair with her foot could barely touching the floor. And the nurse was at 1.0m away from her. Unacceptable! Filled up a complaint form but no feedback up until today. They probably does not care? Anyway, putting a line on my daughter’s vein was done in the treatment room by an MO and parents can’t be in the room to accompany your child. She was wrapped using a comforter and pinned down to the table when she started to cry loudly. I would expect a children’s hospital to have handled her with compassion in align to the hospital name but boy was i wrong. The only good thing that i can say about this hospital is the specialist Dr Tan. Correct diagnosis, detailed explanation on medication, and also compassionate. Not many cafe downstairs, there is one at the entrance but only serving 5 meals out of 30+ meals on its menu. Overall, i can fairly say that our experiences were bad.
