★ ★ ★ ★ ★ carilah kedai lain utk buat cop (kedai cop ini trletak selang 3 kedai prctakannya, nama syarikat yg sama). sy telah order 5 cop & byr penuh rm 250++.
1. hari sama buat order, sy whatsapp pkrja nama choi utk pindaan. ada mklmbls. utk pndaan kedua pula sy mesej org sama, tp tiada mklmbls lgsung, padahal pindaan sy itu sgt sedikit & adlh yg terakhir;
2. sy djnjikan pkrja sama bhw akan dihubungi apb cop dah siap pd hr khamis mggu yg sama. mesej whatsapp sy x terima, panggilan apa pun sy x dapat;
3. 4.30 ptg hari sbtu sy dtg ambil cop2 sy, pkrja sama tanya: space ni betul kan bang? sy mls utk mnjwb soalannya tu krn jika ada pindaan lanjut sekalipun, sy sudah perlu berangkat pulang ke jb, & soalan drpd pkrj tsb spttnya ditanyakan kpd sy sblm hari pngmbilan lg;
4. sy order 5 cop tp dpt 4 shj & sy sedar perkara ini hny setelah berada di atas lebuhraya plus semasa menuju ke jb. apb sy call no kedai 03 8920 4096, pkrj yg sama mnjwb panggilan, namun spt tiada adab krn sy yg perlu brtnyakan dahulu adakah betul panggilan sy kpd awal hijrah bangi. mana courtesy melayan pelanggan yg betul oleh pihak syarikat?
sy agak terkilan krn syarikat yg dioperasikan org melayu spt ini sgt tidak profesional, tiada sistem, & seolah-olah memilih pelanggan, masakan sy telah mmbyr secara penuh pd hari membuat order di kedai. sgt menyedihkan & menghampakan ??????
 look for other stores to make cops (this shop is located at 3 stores of its precincts, the same company name). sy has ordered 5 cops & byr full rm 250 ++.
1. same day for order, sy whatsapp pkrja choi name for amendment. there are mklmbls. For the second discovery the same message is the same, but no change is the last one;
2. If you have the same pics you will be contacted by the cop who is ready for the same day. message whatsapp sy x receive, any call sy x can;
3. 4.30 pm hari sbtu sy dtg ambil cop2 sy, pkrja sama tanya: space ni betul kan bang? sy mls to ask the question if there is any amendment anyway, it is necessary to leave home, and the question is to be asked for a day before the day of birth;
4. sy order 5 cop tp dpt 4 shj & sy aware this thing hny after being on the highway plus while heading to jb. apb sy call no shop 03 8920 4096, pkrj yang sama mnjwb panggilan, namun spt tiada adab krn sy yang perlu brtnyakan sebelumnya apakah benar panggilan sy kpd awal hijrah bangi. where courtesy treats the right customer by the company?
It's a bit frustrating when it comes to unmanufactured companies, no systems, & as if to choose customers, they have had a full day making orders at the store. sad & sad ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai ini bukan lah tempat yang sesuai kepada sesiapa yang hendak jilid tesis... sebab semua urusan print & burn CD tesis kena buat sendiri... so ada unsur BUANG MASA di situ... dah la kena print tesis sendiri, caj pulak mahal... jadi bagi sesiapa yang ingin jilid tesis sila cari kedai lain yang dapat memberikan service yang lebih baik daripada kedai ini iaitu boleh tolong print + burn CD + jilidkan tesis untuk pelanggan dengan harga yang lebih murah... dan 1 lagi kelemahan kedai ini adalah pekerjanya BANGANG pun ada... janji apabila tesis sudah siap dijilid diorang akan call tapi sampai ke sudah tak call
This shop is not a suitable place for anyone who wants to print a thesis ... because all the printing & burning of the thesis CD has to be done by yourself ... so there is an element of WASTE OF TIME there ... they have to print their own thesis, the charges are expensive ... so for anyone who wants a thesis volume, please find another store that can provide a better service than this store, that is, you can please print + burn a CD + the thesis volume for customers at a cheaper price ... and 1 more disadvantage of this store is the employee BANGANG also exists ... promise when the thesis is ready to be bound, people will call, but they haven't called yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever printing shop I have ever dealt with. The staffs were there to see you do everything by yourself. You basically have to do everything yourself. Cut the paper, after laminating the paper, you also need to cut that laminated paper. What a joke. They charged hefty when you do everything. If you have no choice, then you can go for this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular customer to this place, it is a greatful that around Seksyen 3, 4 and 5 have this type of business. The service which they provide made our lives easy.
They provided few desktop for user to use before print (include internet in each of desktop), there are also photocopying service, and other graphic work which they provide for their customers.
The price quite cheap and reasonable. A lot of different in term of price if compare to other printing shop. It staff also helpful.
