★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Worst customer service. The computer kept on hanging when I wanted to print. Then they charged me triple as I didnt set the printer as black colour, but the font was black anyway. One of the boy who worked there shouted at me he didn’t explained nicely. Dont have manner. Wont come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to this store in view it is quite nearby with my home.
1. I dont know if this printing shop is a printing or a cyber cafe, the PC was fully used by people and worst of it is people dont print stuff, just a bunch of middle age man watching youtube and i was like, this is not cyber cafe or if you want it to be cyber cafe, then divide it into a section where people wasting their time and people who really need to get their works done. time is gold people.
2. it is way moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee expensive, like reallly bloody expensive. not suitable for students who are in keeping with the budget. I was shocked with the price actually, I could save half of my money if i print at Sri Serdang area. it is more budget friendly i would say.
3. the service was pretty bad for me. not only they did wrong to comb my document, they asked me to re print my documents again, so i felt a lot of time were wasted there. the staff was not friendly, does not smile, when i ask how to print booklet, she just order me around from counter and say do this and do that. you know what, it would be a lot of helpful, if you just come to me and explain. it is much better as a human.
Overall, was really bad experience, not recommended especially for student and not going again ever. wanna give 0/5 star actually.

Efficient & super fast service, outstanding pre-made templates selection of sticker label and business card to choose from if you don't have a design. I find that very helpful when I'm in a rush. Reasonable and affordable price, worth every penny spent. Also offers fast print/photocopy/binding/cyber cafe service too. So convenient! Highly recommended!

Its clean and tidy, they maintained this place very well. A lot of students and customers come everyday.
Printing cost also quite resonable, not too expensive like certain printing shop which charged a lot until burden some student's pocket.
The internet quite fast, the printing process also fast.
