★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Not sure they want or care about business. Their site says whatsapp to book. We whatsapped them, you can see someone online. For a day no one replies next day we call. A woman answers who isnt even listening, she keep saying yes, yes even before you finish also when wecare asking questions we dont get an answer. Had to ask her 3 times and tell her she's not listening before she finally answers. Asked her how do we book. She said just send us details and address on whatsapp. We said ko one answers there and confirmed number it was correct. So we sent details there. Kept asking for a reply even when we see someone online no one answers. Screw you, if you arent open for business then say it . Its a waste of people's time. I hope you domt treat your workers like that.
