β β β β β My mom was just sharing with me that she went to Hai-O and purchased stuff , and later found that there was an on going promotion of a free gift with purchase. She went back to enquire and the staff was rude to her. So terrible. itβs not that we are hard up for a free gift to be subjected to such bad treatment.

β β β β β My dad bought a loaf of Bread from HaiO SS2 branch just this afternoon and we noticed the bread is expiring tomorrow (in few hours from now.. ). We went to the store and checked with the staff as to why they still sell bread that is expiring tomorrow? The lady staff then Rudely and Loudly replied "You can put the bread in freezer for 3 months and will not spoiled! "... I said "Why do I buy a bread that is expiring in few hours purposely just to Freeze IT? Did it mentioned on the packaging that we can keep for 3 months?" She just kept quiet and rudely glare at me...The other staff replied us loudly "noo refunds, only exchanged with something!' so we exchanged something similar price. And I told my dad again and again now "Never to go to this shop. Service is BAD and rude to customer...especially the lady behind the cashier".
