★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This product is not effective at all for me. After 2 days Of taking it, I found that it was not as effective as the bio life pre and probiotics that I took before that. But after 1 week, I started getting bloatedness. I got my daughter to try it and she also didn't feel it was as effective as biolife. So be careful of this product.
