★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dare say they offer the cheapest on most pharmaceutical goods sold out there. It's our go to place to stock up on supplies even though we live quite a distance solely coz we have good relations with the staff working there so we can get personal advise whenever we need via phone. Only issue is the limited parking and sometimes the promoters can be quite pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very efficient and fast respond in WhatsApp. I was ordering some medication for my parents, within 24 hours the item was delivered over (this include conversations of purchase and payment via WhatsApp).
At times such as now (kuala lumpur MCO lockdown), services such as this are crucially important for people in need. Thank you for being efficient and reliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i came in there is no que. I came in with 2 kids and one i have to carry ( have to climb the stairs)I just need a medicine for my sick kids. Your staff saw me and pretend to be busy so i thought i just wait. Until there is more people coming in then you ask me to que and there was 5 people on the que at that time. Where is your common sense on this? Please improve on your customer service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff(lady with long hair) at counter was not helpful. Asked me to go upstairs to get the face shield. When I said I suffer from knee pain, she just smiled. So, guess what I did? I just walked out of your pharmacy! Less income for your pharmacy today. You should teach your staff to be more proactive! I will tell all my friends & ask them to go elsewhere. There are other pharmacies in Taipan where the staff are so helpful, courteous & go out of their way to make shopping a breeze for customers especially senior citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a very useful pharmacy in town. Really helping in terms of giving advice regarding medical requirement as well as medication. The pricing wise, for me it is a little bit expensive probably the owner already catered for the rent as this place. Parking space is quite limited so it is advisable to give to this place by using grab it public transportation.
