★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I placed an order on 22nd March 2021. After not receiving the item, I followed up on 29th March and they said stock delayed. I followed up on 20th Apr again and they said another delay so let me opt for refund.
I sent details and waited for refund.
On 5th May i still did not get my refund so I followed up again. They said will check and get back to me. On 11th May i followed up and did not get any reply.
On 17th May I followed up and they replied the person in charge was only sending the refund request on that day.
On 25th May, I followed up again but they said will check but did not get back to me. I commented on their new post in Instagram since they seem to be active on that site, but my comments got deleted twice. They dm-ed me to said they have reminded the person in charge and after I replied, they did not get back to me the status still. They did not reply on whatsapp either.
They removed their ‘review’ column on facebook. I just think it is fair for people to know the actual efficiency or the kind of customer service that they have to deal with for a business. I really think a refund that takes that long from the first day I ordered an item on 22nd March until 26th May now, it is a little unacceptable. It is also the lack of responsibility and ownership because I had to keep reminding them or follow up, otherwise, will I ever get my refund? I don’t know. So please think twice before you order anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the shop 5 mins before closing. Manager Zikri was kind enough to accommodate my request to wrap and deliver a present to my nephew as her birthday gift. Appreciate for going the extra mile by printing a birthday wish card :)
