★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service from Babyshop @ Sunway Pyramid. Thank you to Ms Bagia, Mr Jana, and the two lovely sales ladies (sorry I didn’t get their names), not forgetting the abang-abang that helped us transport our things to our car.
Long story short, my wife and I have never had such a pleasant experience when buying baby things. Being expectant parents, we are clueless with what is best or what suits our needs, but they did a great job explaining to us patiently.
Thank you so much for going the extra mile to provide us with your service.
