The soufflé is quite nice. Hopefully they can make it more bouncing. I like the matcha type. Using Niko Neko matcha.

Pancakes are super light and fluffy! You definitely won’t get that heavy feeling from eating one. The flavours for the chocolate one is light and not too sweet which is perfect for me. But others may find the flavour bland. What makes it attractive is mainly the texture and lightness of the pancakes. They take a while to make so you will need to be patient waiting for it.

Such a tiny place with limited space and on top of that, you gotta wait 1 hour for one friggin puffed and fancy pancake which I swear I can make better and faster. Come to my house ill make prove it to you.

Love the plating, taste, and texture. Matcha is slightly bitter and perfectly pair with slightly sweet red beans. Belgian chocolate sweetness is on point. The extra "sauce" is very generous ?

Tbh, the souffle pancake was super fluffy and it just melt in your mouth. Accompanied with a great coffee, it just made my evening better after a long walk through out Ipoh. Definitely will come back again for this. ?

Minimalist design cafe, consider small size. Not many choices from the menu, mainly soufflés, sparkling juice and coffee. Soufflés tastes just ?. Coffee tastes just ? too, just don't like the takeaway cup used even though dine in. The sparkling juice tastes better.

Delightfully fluffy souffle pancakes. We ordered the signature toffee soufflé and the mint lemon sparkling drink. Was told that the waiting time is approximately 30min (the shop was crowded as it was the 2nd day of CNY) but our souffle came almost immediately, to our delight. Soufflé texture was really soft and fluffy. Probably the only thing was that we wish the cream could be more and slightly sweeter. The boba that came on the side lacked in sweetness as well. Drink was nice and refreshing too.

One of multiple F&B joints that are contained in this area called Paloh 101. In fact, we spilled over from Fujiwara which had a queue. By the time we left this place, it was also full. Glad we gave the souffles a try - Toffee is their signature that comes with boba. Lemon was the other we tried which pales a bit compared to the toffee variant in terms of the taste. Both souffles were well made - fluffy on the inside. Just know that each souffle takes between 20-30min to make; 40min even if full house. For drinks, we had the hot hoijicha which was better than many other places we've tried before. Bottled sweet drinks were average.
