★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come here twice to exchange wirelessheadphones bought initially online. First item was defective, hence I brought it to Ban Leong service centre to exchange. Got a 2nd pair which was also defective, which brings me to a 2nd visit to Ban Leong service centre for another exchange. By this time already wasted 2 weeks with defective pair of headphones, time off work just to come and exchange the items and finally welcomed by a rude cust service lady. For your company's sake, the customer service or front counter person is the company's face/voice. Train them well please. Tq.

Machine use only 1 year, then spoil already.
I send the vacuum machine go to Ban leong company by myself and they promise can be fix it.
After that delay and delay, almost delay it about 1 year. And every time I need to call and follow up.After 1 year, I call again they only tell me cannot fix it, and ask me trade in for it also still need to pay Rm800+!
The machine I use only within 1 year! And purchase with Rm3000+!!
Very Bad quality, slow service and not responsibility !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed them to make sure it’s repairable before I make move to their warehouse. Provided the model name of my vacuum cleaner , attached with a video showing the problem I’m dealing with. They replied that they do have the part for it.
My husband brought the vacuum cleaner to their warehouse, they then said this model cannot be repaired but accept trade with rm799.
Such a waste of time.
