★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Mr Daniel. I had around 4 devices (1 that was broken and the other couldn't run the app) and he helped to sort everything out. I chose the option to get a coupon for CompAsia and he even helped to combine them all. Very patient with all the questions I had and even went the extra mile to give me a call to explain any of the questions.
Highly recommended to trade in your phones here! No hassles with good prices offered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic idea of a business overall; saves a lot of time and headache in having to sell the phones yourself, minimizes the barrier of knowledge needed for selling off your phones (iPhones are a pain with regards to this) and saves the environment in the process especially!
Fast response and prompt follow ups from Kee; I was contacted within 1 business day after placing my request for selling my phone and was fast to reply to my messages. When I could not find a time for a pickup appointment, they were flexible in allowing me to walk-in at their office instead to expedite the selling process.
They even offered me a better price for my phone than what I was expecting. Daniel was courteous throughout our dealings at the office, and I appreciated the help from the blonde-haired lady (apologies, I did not ask for her name) in assigning Daniel to my selling request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairul Nizam is the best customer rep so if you would like to trade in a device, he is your guy. I had a few issues with another rep and he came in and solved it for me.
As for the company, I rate them. They take your device at slightly under the second hand market price. For example, a flawless S21 5G currently goes for RM2k - 2.1k on the second hand market. They will offer you ~RM1.8k, and the cash is immediate. Unlike if you put it up for sale online, you might have to wait a few weeks before you find a buyer.
Hassle free and fast. Good value too.
