★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location, low density, affordable rent price. Public facilities are really not taken care of almost at all. Example: gym has been broken for the past 5 years (since 2011).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old condo, I would say from the oldest one in Bangsar, however, it's not that bad to live in, calm, green area, close to a lot of places such as LRT and Bangsar Village. it has a pool, never tried, no gym, but there are a few around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is old but the apartments are usually in good state. The building is near the train station and Bangsar Village so it's easy to get around. The swimming pool is big enough and well-maintained.

Needs a fresh new coat of paint on the whole building , set up the gym and replacement on some lights
