★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of common area. Smacked in the middle of traffic congestion coming from all directions. Very humid condo therefore kitchen and toilet get mouldy from time to time.
Bright side - it is just behind the LRT and there are not that many units around. Good for working singles who enjoy the peace and quietness after work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is amazing and it’s even near a station. You will feel this building is old once you start living. But overall it’s nice. One thing I don’t like is it’s pretty noisy every morning because of a Hindu temple close by. I’m kinda ok since I’m a molding person but it must be really annoying to some I’m sure.
