โ โ โ โ โ It is at stone throw distance to Bank Rakyat and Banhsar LRT. Relatively old but well managed.
It is a good condo but the security staff need to learn better customer's services.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best mutton Biryani I had in Kuala Lumpur, the taste is amazing and you will relish it, mutton is cooked properly and the quantity is good for one person , must try and I have often visitor to this place

โ โ โ โ โ I've lived here for a while now and the place is okay, it doesn't have a modern facade but the amenities are all good enough. It falls under the economical category given the location of the building.
It's very close to the primary transportation hub, KL Sentral and other office spaces.

โ โ โ โ โ This condominium ia good place to stay near bangasar we have near mondren store and lobby have hotel with deliciuos and taste food.
Good staff for serve the food cost also fine ghee podi dosa special in that hotel
Security aslo very nice in this condminium they are very responsbile. Good securiry staff

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent layout of each condominium unit wgich is in the range of 1510-1550 square feet. Designed by Hong Kong architects there is a fantastic space utilisation. My tenant stayed here for 10 years before he had to return due the economic downtrend in oil & gas. The building management is effectively and efficiently handled by professionals.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible condominium. I would suggest find better place if you are looking for a peaceful location to stay. This is by far the noisiest building on the row. High pitch alarm goes off for 3 hours EVERYDAY and no one, not even the guard is bothered to check it and turn it off when he is just a few meters away. And all the Indian expats come out in the evening with the uncontrolled rowdy children and not bother to tell them not to scream on the top of their lungs when playing while they gossip in groups. Lousy bunch of people.

โ โ โ โ โ What kind off management are this people are.. Guys I'm was there early morning and can't find parking.. I was there for just pick up and waited around the corner and it's a DBKL not allowed parking.. I understand it's not any vehicle parking, but I was there in case to move the car .. This silly security from the apartment ask me to move and informed me it's a motor vehicle parking.. I share those parking picture.. Come on LA management or manager or security of Sri impian .. If it's not your responsibility parking don't disturb others way.. And it's not your Sri impian fxxxxx motorcycle parking also.. Beware with the management or security of this apartment. I also talked with the manager of this issue and I think he is the funniest person not even understand the word and keep arguing that I was wrong and allowing motorcycle to park on his command at no parking ... Date 10/11/21 time 9.15am
