β β β β β Went to this clinic today. Staff were very friendly and the place is nice too. But scaling is however very discomfortable. I literally cry and tell the doctor it was pain. But the doctor just laugh and i can tell you this is the most painful scaling session I've ever experienced.
I'm not sure how to reply via this google review. But here is something i want to clarify. First, fyi mr azwan is my husband. Not my boyfriend. And second, i didn't mean to say that you're not professional. Your staff and the dentist is very friendly and professional. It just that treatment is painful. I'm sure the dentist still remember how i wipe my tears in front of him and saying it's hurt. The assistants were there too. They laugh a bit and said "biasalah tu". But it's nothing for me. I understand they just being friendly. I only concern about the painful treatment. Which i already said to them. So your statement that the treatment went fairly well with no complaints is not true. It might went well but WITH complaints. I give you 2 stars because your staff and dentist are undeniably friendly. Thank you.

β β β β β It was an amazing scaling even it was my last minute booking! Bom dia team! No pain at all since they were very careful and doctors there were really nice . They made us feel comfortable before started the procedure and have some conversation. Gonna come again for next scaling another 6 months . Worth to spend!

β β β β β My experience there was terrible. I went 6 months ago for a general check. I casually asked to check a filling on my front tooth. I had it perfectly done in France few years ago to hide a very small break on my tooth. After a few years it broke while diving and I had it redone by a bad dentist who did the filling way too big.
I told the dentist in Bangsar Utama about the whole story and made it clear the filling was way bigger than the actual broken part. She seem to understand and she started working on it without explaining anything. I thought that she would simply remove the filling but she ended up cutting my real tooth in half !!!! Such a trauma ! I cried for hours coming back home and still feel terrible about it.
After she cut it, she showed it to me in the mirror and I couldn't say anything, I was in shock ! I asked why she cut all the tooth and she said because it was a bit yellowish and that you have to cut all the filling to replace it, even if there is real tooth under... I'm really not sure about that ! The worst part is that she didn't even do an X ray or anything before working on it (I gave her an Xray I did myself a few months before that she checked on her phone). But at least the new filling was looking good, she did a good job on that part... until a few weeks ago, it started to have cracks on it. Today, I have a yellowish crack on my front tooth and I feel that the filling could fall anytime...
I have no word to describe how bad was my experience there, I'm now scared to go to any dentist as I don't want to trust the wrong person again and make it even worse. The least she should have done is to explain to me in details what she was about to do and get my agreement. I would never accept to cut my real front tooth cut in half without actual evidence that it was absolutely necessary!
It took me some time to write this review but I feel the duty to warn all the people that might want to go to this clinic one day ! Don't risk it, it looks cheap and good at first but you'll regret it all your life afterwards.
