β β β β β Staff are on hand, ready efficient and helpful.I have no complaint about the service.They speak both English and Malay and even call you to remind you of your appointment.
The public should use this subsidised dental healrh service.
The place needs a proper sprucing up
Its terrible inside.
All kinds of old posters decorations notices etc are pasted on the walls and hanging all over the place
The public seats are worn and old.

β β β β β This is one of 4 government clinics that handle braces within the Klang Valley the others being at Putrajaya, Bangi and GH HQ. I chose this place for my son because it is 5 mins away from my office. It is an old building since early 60s but functions well. My son comes by appointment and unless first timer, this is the modus operandus. My son says the dentist here is good and heβs being attended by the specialist. Parking understandably is limited to staff. People park by the roadside and from my experience, traffic road enforcement officers ply this road so traffic summons here is a norm. I park 2 mins walk at a bungalow that rents its compound for parking at RM8/entry. If itβs a thing I canβt stand is sitting close to the noisy aircon compressor upstairs do sit elsewhere. Toilet is basic, upstairs is reserved for staff but if downstairs is occupied, I'm sure staff can understand you occupying it, I mean even if Agong calls, you cannot go see him.

β β β β β Doctors, nurses & even cleaner also vey polite& very good. Been treated by dr fiona, she explained very well to me. Even the nurse at counter name marzuyati & syazwani very polite. But must come early. I reached there around 7.15am, i got no.3. Parking lot only can fit 4 cars for patient, the rest was allocated for staffβs clinic. Open for walk in patient at 8-1pm mon-friday. 2pm onwards only for those who already got appoinment. A lot of information was displayed nearby waiting area. You can read it while waiting. Overall, iβm satisfied with the service. Good job everyone ??????

β β β β β Very long queue. Crowd already at 8am. Good place to bring your domestic help. Foreigners are charged RM40 for examination and RM50 for extraction. No scaling and fillings for foreigners. RM1 for Malaysians.

β β β β β Very fast service. Went on Thursday to check my teeth, they asked me to come again the next day straight away plug the teeth... so fast and now im ease from tooth pain...

β β β β β went there around 7.53am already got people queuing around 12 people. we get to enter at 7.59am.
registration fee RM1. waiting time around 50 minutes but doesn't feel to long as they keep calling to go to each counter.
the process was fast, got out at 9am. unfortunately, went for scalling but they said scalling only available for walk in on June.

β β β β β Overall, quick satisfied with today visits.
Reach there early and get things done within 1.5 hours which is quite ok for government clinic. Paid RM10 for nearby parking lot as roadside parking are also very limited. RM1 for registration (first time), RM3 for treatment. Dr Kwailyn was helpful enough to extract my broken tooth, and detailly check all my teeth.
I was quite nervous for my teeth condition, as Iβve not been visit dentist for decades. But no pain at all during the treatment. Will start my regular check up here. =)

β β β β β My first time at government dental clinic:
Came early to get a parking spot at the roadside, (parking in the premise only for doctors and staff). Very limited parking so suggest to come via Grab or have someone drop you off. Since I came early, had breakfast first at the mamak across the road. Start queuing outside (covered and with seating) at 7.30am. By the time they open at 8am there are already about 10 people queuing. They called for patients with appointments first but there was only 2 so it was quite fast when they called for walk-in patients. Gave my IC and paid RM1 for registration since it's my first time and waited for a few minutes before they call to get my blood pressure. Called for consultation at 8.20am. I have toothache for my wisdom tooth at most once a year and all the dentists at private clinics always suggest to remove my wisdom tooth. I had an X-ray of my teeth from another clinic, showed it to the dentist here and after consulting she advised that it's not compulsory to remove my wisdom tooth as long as I take care of my oral hygiene which I agree because the only time it hurts is when I forgot to mouthwash a couple times when my routine is disrupted (travelling etc). And given how my wisdom tooth grows, it doesn't really affect much or cause pain. Only occasional inflammation when I don't clean it properly. So I really appreciate the dentist's honest opinion but she still provide the option to set up an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction if I want one but it will be at HKL as they don't provide the treatment at this clinic. I decided not to and will come back to get it if it hurts again. Instead, I set up an appointment for scaling in 3 months time due to the long waitlist which is totally understandable and tolerable because of the fact that I only need to pay RM1 for registration and RM3 for the treatment. All the staff were polite and efficient. The dentist was very helpful and informative. Everything was quick, I was done by 8.30am. The only cons are it only opens during my working hours so I have to get leave from work to come here and the need to come very early to avoid long waiting times which both I'm happy to compromise for the cost effectiveness. Overall great experience. Surprisingly impressed with the quality of this government dental clinic.
