Coming at 11 a.m.
Not many people. Just come straight away into the store.
Start the stopwatch.
They collect your old debit card & IC.
They give queue number.
Sign few documents.
Go next counter for PIN allocation.
Bravo.
In 10 minutes.
All done.
Great job team.
I'm really happy that day.

Waiting time : 40 mins
Processing time : 15 mins
All done in less than 1 hr as i had another 3 mins left for my 1 hour parking limit. the waiting time was longer than the processing time, but I think this is the best already. account opening/closure will take more time.
They will collect your debit card and IC upon allowing you in, and you just need to wait at the seat until they call your name, no nombor giliran was given.
