★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh, all staff at there should be train. Rude and unhelpful. Loan department/marketing department and the opening account department, i don't care how mak cik you are in that bank. But i see your professionality are below the bare minimum you supposed to have.
And please, all of them just the normal workers but they act like the owner of ambank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad experience with the banker officer forcing me to apply their credit card.
My main purpose is only to create saving account for my car financing.
Luckily I dare to said NO and scared with credit card.
Banker initially said you just can register w'out activate it and I replied then what's the purpose of it?.
Finally, she's followed my request for not proceeding with the credit card even she said it is bundle product when people register for saving account.
Lesson here don't follow blindly banker request because they only want to meet their sales target w'out thinking your financial at all. At the end you're the one who will borne all the expenses.
Fight for your right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank has various counter and self service banking facilities. It has 2 ATMs with MEPS facility, 2 cash deposit machines and 1 cheque deposit machine. Very conveniently located in Kajang town. Take note though that parking is quite limited and if you park during a working day, you need to buy a parking ticket to avoid a summons
