โ โ โ โ โ I believe most have shared the dreadful experience of having to deal with this bank and it's staff. The worst banking experience ever. Bank staffs' morale, smile and efficiency would have made records on being all-time lows.

โ โ โ โ โ Have to go twice just to re-activate account due to their lack of knowledge and not informative enough. First time come told that I didn't have any account with them. Second time i call HQ they told bring SSM and company cop before go there. After I go with these documents and cop, they told that need to varify within 5 days before I can fill up the form. I know some are my fault but at least told me in detail the process so that I didn't waste my time. Tomorrow start holiday and have to wait more days before bank re-open *facepalm*

โ โ โ โ โ Went to RHB Kajang on the 21st September 2012, RHB doesn't allow walk in as one has to make appointment tru QSM n to many people surprise there was a long que even you had appointment made tru the app 11am appointment I only got to go in at 11.45am and I feel bad for the elderly sitting outside with their mask in that hot weather without any fan or air cooler and opening account their tell you everything except cutting of annual fee the first day of opening accounts RM12 which is so frustrating, as I am now only starting working
and get cut a rm of 12 is so unfair,

โ โ โ โ โ Located at the corner, it has a few parking bays just in front of the entrance, however, it's limited, there's a dedicated parking bay for handicapped drivers or riders to park their vehicle as well. Try to avoid this area during peak hours though e.g. lunch hour or after office hours. If you need to go during the afternoons, I'd suggest using the parking lot at Plaza Metro Kajang shopping mall which is RM2 per entry if I'm not mistaken & has implemented the cashless system (Touch & Go card) for entry & exit. As for the bank, if you're planning to use the ATM, Cash Deposit Machine or Cheque Deposit Machine, it doesn't take much time as there's usually less customers. As for other services that the bank offers, you will have to queue up to enter a side entrance straight to the counter area & the waiting line can get very long sometimes in the morning or afternoon.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst banking services in malaysia..I was at the branch today and a security was so rude at the customers and the staffs were just ok with that...I would like the management to look into the security the way they talk to their customers orelse u gona see the dark day..in business

โ โ โ โ โ Already had an appointment today 19 May 2022 @ 9.15am but until now (10.30am) still not settled. I just want to open acc but need to go to each counter. 1 counter fill in form, 1 counter sign agreement, 1 counter waiting for a card. Slow service ever other than others bank.
