★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25/4. tunggu dua jam. hari² centre call suruh bayar settlement siap jumlah. sekali cek dekat personnel, tak keluar jumlah. kegilaan apakah ini? emel ke centre, berejam x reply lagi sampai dah nak tutup bank aku tunggu. 0 star sumpah slow
 25/4. wait two hours. days the call center tells you to pay for the settlement, the amount is ready. once checked with the personnel, the amount did not come out. what madness is this? Email to the center, take hours to reply again until I want to close the bank, I'm waiting. 0 stars swear slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow with attending to customer. Just to update my contact number took upto 35mins.not even systematic. I already had frustrated experiance with bank islam on getting my car original grant. I definately wont engage with bank islam anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is exceptionally slow. They are polite and courteous. They don't have their operating hours posted online. Their in branch computer for customer use is way too slow. They do their best to be professional and personal but get overly personal. I don't have a choice due to employment reasons or else I would definitely chose another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service. asking for procedures to apply loan personal. the counter staff seems like doesnt want to attend the customer properly. doesn't friendly. giving out false information. we've called hq bank islam and they told us differently with what bank islam kulai said to us. please show your attitude is the same with the bank's name.
