This new location is so much bigger and better serviced than the previous one along the main Senai road. Parking is a big problem however and the road in front of the bank is constantly jammed. Hopefully if parking charges are imposed and coupled with very vigilant enforcement, the scarce lots would be more fairly distributed to those who pay.... Unless you get oddball cases where some avoid paying for parking by sitting in their car while another party go run the errands....

The bank now closes at 2PM. I suggest making an appointment via Maybank EZQ so that you don't have to wait. The phone number to call the bank: 07-6625390.

Tens of people are queing, but only 3 counters open. The effiency level is superb in this maybank branch. Slow service one of the top benefit you will get from this branch as well. Spent 2.5hrs to get my things done. Limited Appointment slot not making sense at all since there 100 of people have something to do in branch daily.

Call but nobody pick up phone. In the end , all had to come and beratur. But staff at counter service satisfactory

Worst customer service. Made you wait for nothing. The entrance counter staff are not knowledgeable to handle cases, and only make people wait there.

The worst branch and poor customer services! this is my 2nd time experience such a bad services! Closed the branch without any notice in the name of staff Covid! called customer service never informed need an appointment to visit the branch, but for urgent matter if business account requst online Acess number no appointment needed. when ask why no notice regarding closing? the only answer Rohaidi (CEE) given *yang itu saya tak boleh buat apa²' so we consumer looks like a Clown to repeatedly walk to the branch few times without knowing when will the branch open? another smart answer for a Q' How many consumers you are assist per hour? ' he answered 'Only 2-4pax' doesn't it sound worse than government office? we already used to covid but this type of lazy workers and organizations take opportunity to sit home and take free salary!
