★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy kurang puas hti nga staff bank islam pasir mas arinie... kaunter no 6 - 02/11/2017... ayah sy nk tukar kat bank jew pn... tp dia punya berlagak bkn main.. ciap nk interview ayah sy mcm org nk mntk kjew... sbb setahu sy klu nk tukar kad bank kt mne2 bank sklipn.. xdela kne interview mcm tu skli... hello... u jgn nk bt berlagak sgt ekk... mmg down terus layanan staff bank islam pasir mas... kdg2 ciap wt muka cetung... ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Tunggu 3 jam hanya untuk tukar kad bila kita ckp dah tunggu lama staff marah customer. Yang jaga number makcik cleaner, saya ulang MAKCIK CLEANER YAAA. Panggil customer tapi makcik tu tak check pun ada yg potong queue. Seriously? Memang service teruk gila. Staff duk kat dalam ada aircond, customer duduk bawah kemah panas hanya ada kipas sebijik depan tu je, what did you expect? Saya akan buat aduan kat HQ memang bank islam pasir mas service teruk nak mampos!!!
Bad service. Wait 3 hours only to change the card when we have been waiting for a long time, the staff is angry with the customer. Who keeps the number of aunty cleaner, I repeat AUNT CLEANER YAAA. Call the customer but the aunt didn't check and someone cut the queue. Seriously? The service is really crazy. The staff said there was air conditioning inside, the customer was sitting under the hot tent, there was only a fan in front of it, what did you expect? I will make a complaint to HQ, the Islamic bank pasir mas service is bad, I want to succeed !!!

Bad service from Pasir Mas Islamic Bank staff. Rude to customers .. The staff was wrong about the number to upset the customers ..
