The service is not customer friendly..heard the low salary of the service has changed..hope the bank can improve again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 3 hours to get in. Totally unreasonable management of client. Covid 19 has been more than a year and yet sooo little improvement was made in handling clients!! Tak perlu cakap covid lah, even before covid pon mmng dah slow (scroll down for previous reviewsin regard of this issue), if it wasn't my parents, I wouldn't even deposit any money into this bank account !
