โ โ โ โ โ Service sucks. The staff does not know how to inform customers the correct procedure to do on9 banking. Had to go to the bank 3 times to enable me to use online banking. Staff did not gave full procedure to open an account. First time I came, they did not tell me that it had to be at least 500 in the bank. And then did not confirm my phone number. All this causes me to go to the bank for 3 times just to settle this issue.

โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is ok, but during waiting outside the bank, guard failed to manage those customers for rules of "new normal". People do not follow social distance 1m.
ATM area more sucks, only put a piece of paper write "10 preson allowed inside" but no one cares. Not even scan "MySejahtera" apps
Well done Maybank, I know this is not your fault, but you still have the responsibility.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed with the long waiting time, eventhough I just need a reprinting of ATM card. Some that come later, but they are being serve first.
No queue number given.
Telephone ringing nonstop included with the staff loud mobilephone ringtone making the environment extremely uncomfortable.
Perhaps is time to consider hiring more staff?

โ โ โ โ โ Still need to queue even i already make an appoinment. When comes to my turn, the customer services at front counter told me i can change my atm card at atm machine (card expired)??โโ๏ธ Its more easy for customer if any staff assist us before we queue. The security also told me to queue after i tell him i want to change my expired atm card.
