★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is an upgraded bank with VTM supported as counter, 3 VTM counter and 2 face-to-face counter. Although the bank is upgraded into another step to success, the bank still need more ATM machines for the long queue in ATM... Staff service is... NG... Maybe too much people making staff going to crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very very very slow service.... come here as earlier as u can. bad service especially the guy at counter 4. low quality service and if u giv some advice he will be in a bad mood and show it to customer. this guy must be kick out from this company as soon as possible. counter 5 already serve 10+ person but at his counter he is still serving the same person. All the customers are complaining him.
