★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for so awhile (I think 40 min to be attended at a counter for simple transaction is too long??!!) and as my turn is next, the teller decided to entertain another customer whom i know came much later. probably a regular business clients came to apparently change 'duit raya'... this is really unprofessional.. super slow service and non sensitive to customers.. everyone seems to avoid eye contacts too... no wonder i am very reluctant with this Bank..regrets!!!!
