★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services. If you set an appoinment for someone, you should have estimated the time the earlier appoinment should be done. I had to wait for almost 1 hour to get my turn for consultation. Not included treatment yet. My appoinment was at 4 pm, the one at 3 pm hasnt passed the consultation session yet. So dissapointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. My first time ever going for facial treatment. For a spa with vinyl floorings, I must say the least is providing somesort of covered slippers, coz weather luar sejuk, dalam beraircond.. So a bit uncomfortable coz my legs were freezing.
I'm a guy, so don't know much about facial treatments, I went be coz my kid tegur my complexion. Lolz. I wished during the consultation the centre could prepare a one piece chart "visually" describing what the process does.
Wished I wore socks, the treatment rooms were very simple, cozy? Hmm not quite. Just bare. I felt the whole process was rushing as well. And yes due to vinyl floor, it's noisy when the beautician replaces the equipment. With that.. U don't feel relaxed. Beautician treatment.. Hmmm. Like I said I felt it was rushy.. She did have strong hands. I do believe proper PR and Cust Relations from attending clients at the sofa rather than calling from afar, proper introducing themselves and communicating with the client prior to continuing with the treatment.
With that, I'll be coming in for yet another 2nd session and we'll see how it goes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a vitamin C package and I signup because I was promised a manual extractions but therapist refuse to do so and give excuses. Therapist was very very rough and rush to complete my treatment eventho I asked to do it slowly and extracts my pimples.She ask me to do myself at home. When I asked for senior therapy to meet me, she just refuse to do extractions as they rush to close the shop and give me free facial. To me, I need quality service not free service. My advise, if u cannot provide good satisfactory service, you better close shop! Or do change of management.!!
