β β β β β The operation hour displayed here is from 8.30 a.m., but when i reach there they tell me they open at 9a.m. operation hour until 4p.m., but almost 4p.m. already closing. Problematic working ethic!

β β β β β Officer doesnt know the opening acc procedure... they refuse to open my doter acc without birth cert eventhough she has her ic. I was there to accpmny her.. go home take birth cert then go to diffnt branch... and they said no need birth cert... menyusahkan betul....

β β β β β The people in this bank are rude and unethical,they keep telling you to come tomorrow like everyone else have nothing better to do.The security officers are inconsiderate and tell you to go to other banks (not branches) in order to get your work completed

β β β β β When I went their computer system are offline. The staff can't even perform the process of close account. And the reception encik is super unfriendly. Asked to come back the other day.... They thought everyone is free and have time to go to bank everyday isit == most inefficient bank ever
