A	Azwana Aneesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis sangat tidak memuaskan.pegawai bank melayan pelanggan sangat tidak mesra,walau sibuk n ramai macam mana pelanggan,patut bercakap la dengan baik n beri penerangan dengan lemah lembut,banyak cawangan BSN yg lagi sibuk dari sini sangat baik n mesra melayan pelanggan..harap perbaiki untuk imej baik BSN The service is very unsatisfactory. The bank officer treats the customers very unfriendly, although he is busy and there are many customers, he should speak well and give a gentle explanation, many BSN branches that are busy from here are very good and friendly to serve customers..hopefully improve for good image of BSN

S	Syah Syah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengalami masalah tidak boleh set nombor pin kad kredit yang baru diganti kerana nombor Kad Pengenalan yang didaftar ketika memohon Kad Kredit BSN yang lalu tidak sama dengan no kad pengenalan yang baru. Teller BSN Jalan Beserah telah membantu utk saya kemaskini no. kad pengenalan yang baru dan berjanji akan call semula bagi kemaskini no pin yang baru sekiranya Bahagian kad Kredit di BSN Pusat selesai kemaskni no kad pengenalan di dalam sistem. Teller tersebut telah hubungi saya semula beberapa hari selepas itu dan telah menguruskan penukaran no pid kad kredit saya dengan segera. Teller tersebut sangat ramah dan mesra pelanggan... Pada hemat saya teller yang bertugas tersebut wajar diberi penghargaan di atas keprihatinan dan kemesraan ketika melayan pelanggan yang tidak pernah lekang dengan senyuman. Beliau adalah aset kepada Bank Simpanan Nasional amnya dan BSN Jalan Beserah Kuantan Khasnya..... Saya tidak tahu naa teller tersebut tetapi rakan setugasnya memanggil dengan nama Ahlam..... Utk perhatian pihak Bank Simpanan Nasional. I have a problem not being able to set the new credit card pin number to be replaced because the Identity Card number registered when applying for the previous BSN Credit Card is not the same as the new identity card number. Teller BSN Jalan Beserah has helped me to update no. new identity card and promised to call again to update the new pin number if the Credit card Division at BSN Pusat finishes updating the identity card number in the system. The teller called me back a few days later and arranged for the change of my credit card no. The teller is very friendly and customer friendly ... In my opinion, the teller on duty should be appreciated for his concern and friendliness when serving customers who never stop smiling. He is an asset to Bank Simpanan Nasional in general and BSN Jalan Beserah Kuantan in particular ..... I don't know the teller but his colleague called by the name of Ahlam ..... For the attention of Bank Simpanan Nasional.
