โ โ โ โ โ terlampau susah nak angkat call. bukan setakat call dari client. dari branch sendiri pun payah nak angkat. tak faham betul.
It's too hard to pick up the call. not just a call from the client. from the branch itself is hard to lift. I don't really understand.
