★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi ke sini untuk pengeluaran ASB pada 12 Januari 2020 jam 1.13 pm. MANAGER BANK sendiri beritahu yang pengeluaran ASB pada masa itu tidak dibenarkan atas sebab ASB sudah tutup. Walhal ASB tutup jam 4.00pm.
Dipendekkan cerita, saya telefon terus ke headquarter BSN KL dan terangkan situasi yang berlaku terus saya cakap nak 'complaint' atas informasi yang salah dari MANAGER bank sendiri. Sejam kemudian HQ telefon dan memaklumkan yang tiada masalah dengan sistem atau apa pun, dan saya boleh ke bank tersebut untuk membuat pengeluaran seperti biasa sebelum jam 3.
Pengajarannya, telefon terus ke HQ di hadapan mereka untuk dapatkan penjelasan sebab branch membuat keputusan sesuka hati mereka.
Saya juga akan membuat report secara bertulis kepada headquarter untuk tindakan selanjutnya. Harap pegawai dan pengurus bank akan menerima pengajaran mereka.
 Go here for ASB production on 12 January 2020 at 1.13 pm. The BANK MANAGER himself said that the ASB withdrawal at that time was not allowed because the ASB was closed. While ASB closes at 4.00pm.
To cut a long story short, I called directly to the BSN KL headquarters and explained the situation that happened and I said I wanted to 'complain' on the wrong information from the bank MANAGER itself. An hour later HQ phoned and informed that there was no problem with the system or anything, and I could go to the bank to make a withdrawal as usual before 3 p.m.
The lesson is, call directly to the HQ in front of them to get an explanation of why the branch made the decision at will.
I will also make a written report to the headquarter for further action. Hope bank officers and managers will accept their lessons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak faham kenape dia tutup waktu lunch. Sedangkan waktu lunch la orang lain nak datang buat urusan bank. Dah tak cukup staffs sangat ke untuk cover? First time jumpa bank yang tutup 2 jam untuk lunch time.
I don't understand why he closes at lunch. Meanwhile, at lunch time, other people want to come for bank business. Not enough staffs to cover? First time meeting a bank that closes 2 hours for lunch time.
