Org tak ramai, ade la 4 5 org je tp nak menunggu buat kad, lebih sejam lebih menunggu mcm org bodo kat luar tu. Kalau ckp yg bekerja dlm tu bodo karang marah tp hakikatnye lembap dan tak efisyen lgsung
There aren't many people, there are 4 or 5 people who want to wait for the card, more than an hour or more waiting for the stupid people outside. If the ckp that works in that idiot is angry, but in fact it is sluggish and inefficient at all

Servis online kurang cekap dan kurang bagus. Musim pendemik semua perlu appoiment online. Bank Mualamat tidak updating laman mereka. Tarikh public holiday pun boleh buat appoiment!!! Bila datang, tutup. Dalam web pun tulis open! sebenar tutup.
Online service is less efficient and less good. Pendemic season all need online appoiment. Bank Mualamat is not updating their site. Public holiday dates can also make an appoiment !!! When it comes, close. In the web also write open! actually close.

By far the worst bank experience ive ever had. The frontliner girl i know her name but i wont mention it. I waited 45 min for my turn but when i got there. She greeted me with no smile and was very intimidating. Just about a second after that she told me to rate. I wanted to rate "need improvement" but i was thinking that ill press it after the service (because thats how feedback suppose to be which u rate a service after not during not before) And what she did was she went over the table took the thing and press the other button for herself. That was so unprofessional. I hope bank muamalat would improve this situation
