When I go to store, they tricked me into paying full amount, then said have to deliver to my house because from warehouse. But it was never delivered. When I call, they said will check and will call me back. Then never call me back. When I call again they don't pick up. Cannot be trusted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experience. They are not honest. They simply add additional Senheng warranty package and swipe our card without informing us what is the additional cost. And they use the expensive warranty package. They suppose to explain to us before add on warranty package, not simply add in and then charge us. Very bad. Better go to Senq
