β β β β β Came here twice within a month but the servce never improve. You need to wait for at least 1 hour to reach your queue number. Most of the time only one counter is moving. The other counter is extremely slow. I have tried to monitor, one customer at least spend 15 mins at counter. Not sure is because of the system speed or what. Pls find a way to improve. I am never a customer of BSN. Came here is just because of the BSH only.
As for parking, you guys can try to park at ioi boulevard which is within walking distance. I park there everytime.

β β β β β Poor operational hours updating on the most searched platform. Poor social distancing and MCO compliance. It was so obvious customers lining up right up to and passed Alliance Bank around the corner less than 1 m away from each other! Irresponsible.

β β β β β Service here is fast but when it gets crowded thats when they slow down. Parking there was also inconvenient, too many clamp zones nearby too. So better to have someone with you to wait for you in the car but I wouldnβt recommend it after my experience today
When I went there halfway through my process their system became down for some of reason. Instead of taking action immediately/ explaining to the new customers what happened so the rest can go back / come another time. They just continued fixing the problem silently. I waited there almost an hour.

β β β β β Read reviews of this particular branch but I still went. Well folks listen to me. TRUST THE REVIEWS. It was a bad experience. It was 10am on a Monday. The queue was super long. Inside there was only 1 counter operating. The line not moving an inch even after 15 min or so queing. Very bad experience

β β β β β I had a very good experience at this BSN branch. Queue at 9am and got my banking done in 5 minutes. The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The security guard usher us in as per SOP. No smile but courteous and helpful as per security protocol. Thank you BSN staffs. Good job!
