★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for card replacement , staff was fast to serve and also walked me to the other staff to approve and got the new card within 10 minutes and then fearing I might not be able to do the telephone activation , stood by me and guided me through until activation. Been here a few times and often service is good and staff are courteous and do try their best .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went over there on a weekday to pick up my credit card. Parking was atrocious. If you are comfortable to pay for parking, you can head over to IOI Boulevard and find for covered car park and walk over. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes walk, depending on your pace. Otherwise taking LRT is a great option as it's right in front.
SOP during Cmco is well followed. They control the number of people in the bank. Manager in charge was efficient and friendly - helping to tend to walk in customers like me. In and out pretty fast. Just to caution the operating hours during Cmco is from 9.30 till 3pm (Monday till Friday). Dont follow the operating hours stated in Google if it still during Cmco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go open account or do banking business there. Very rude staff and manager. Just because that day I didn't “dress up” to open bank account. The male manager was not keen to do it and ask to come back next time. I went to maybank no issue and got priority card and line , no need Q also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won't be able to call the listed branch number. My account was forced to close by HSBC without any reason given, without ensuring I get notified. And the problem is many invoices have been sent out with this account number. And the disaster is customers keep paying to the closed account, and you know how hard to do collection. I'm not sure how long should I hold my pain before reporting my case to Bank Negara.
