As if it's not enough that their online myBSN system is bad, I have to contend with this unreliable CDM that sometimes works sometimes doesn't work even after changing new card. Very frustrating. Now I have to go find another BSN branch. Ughhh..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theyll just open 2 counters till 4.30pm. Then theyll let everyone in the queue in and close the door and then open all counters, all of a sudden all the staff who were busy and having their lunch will be free ?. Then theyll handle all the customers who are in very fast and chill till they go back home. Horrible bank. ????

Even the police does his job. You can see him went in and out, to assist customers, he even apologise to them for taking time.
Hats off to Mr. Erwan.
I don't mind waiting for almost 2hours to be served as long as the staffs don't do the sour moody face.
Bsn kkb staffs should learn frm rawang's outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff including security guard managed their work politely but for me it almost 2 hours waiting. From 8.40am - 10.45am. Fuyoooo..getting back pain???.
However, I understand that this is a hard time for us during MCO. Stop nagging and just follow. Thank you bro..???
