★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst service n attitude I ever met in this world. Damn slow service n the customer service is very very rude. Never met this kind of bank service before, take me so many times just to open an account. I would like to give no star to this bank. 1 star us just too much for this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 17/4/19 I came to cimb rawang to settle full payment for my car and after setlle for all I asked them to tranfer my car grand from Ipoh to rawang. She promised to inform me (counter no 1) within 1 week but after 3 week no news. On 13/5/19, I went to bank again, one of counter teller (counter no 6) said there was no record for this and immediately send an email to Ipoh branch. She promised again to inform me within 2-3 days but after 3 days (16 /5/19) still no news.
Your staff very2 show BAD SERVICE!!!
Now I need go to your bank again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Google allows a zero star review, this is the best CIMB branch to be well deserved of such rating. Inconsistent service for online application of a simple SME account, bad customer satisfaction on solving issues with their website, unfriendly staff who judged her customer by their education level.... not once, not twice but three times for the same apllication. She has done so much so that I think she deserves a review. If you're working in the service line, serve your customers well please, not yourself or your own working convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 8am, done opening a saving account at 12pm. (I was the 5th person in the queue)
Operation time has been changed to 9.15am-1.30pm since 15 July 2021.
By 9.15am, there were around 25 people queueing already. Do arrive early in the morning to make sure u get ur things done before the closing time.
Despite the long queue, the staffs at the entrance are attentive and polite. Please be polite when u speak to the staffs at the entrance as they are doing their job well.

Here is Red zone and there have 42 covid 19 cases so far...wow so terrible wehh.
Thanks to Cimb staff in front?? who keep controlling people politely.
To all customers, you have to be positive in mind.. If i can wait for 1hr 45mins for entering customer service counter, why not you gaiss!!!
We are the same Malaysian citizen who paying the tax.
