โ โ โ โ โ Agak lama dah tak datang ke BSN ni. Masa dalam Army dulu kami gelarkan bank other rank.
Sekarang dah ada bnyk perubahan dan penambahbaikan, nampak lebih komersial dan berdaya saing.
Pelanggan pun tak ramai berurusan dan urusan berjalan dengan pantas.
Staf di kaunter juga mesra pelanggan dan sopan tutur kata.
I haven't come to BSN for a long time. Time in the Army we used to call the bank other rank.
Now there are many changes and improvements, it looks more commercial and competitive.
There are not many customers to deal with and business goes fast.
The staff at the counter is also customer friendly and polite.
