★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sriously I dont understand the operation hrs, i come 11.30 the bank closed . Then close lunch time, ask me to come by 2.30pm. But then ask me to come next morng. Sriously Staff at BSN Permaisuri needs to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy with my experience dealing with this bank today. Came to open an account for my daughter for the 3rd time. The 1st time was my mistake for not knowing operation hours till 3pm only. 2nd time I came at 2.30pm but the guard said to open acct only in the morning. 3rd time I came, the counter girl told me I shld make an appointment??!! Ohh please, this is not stated anywhere and nothing written outside the door abt the need to make an appointment. After insisting then only she accepted but then she said the letter i brought from the school is not valid as it's a general letter and not mentioning my daughters's name. I told her that the school has 900 students so will it be possible for the school to write the name for each student??!! Hearing this, the superior said it's ok to proceed. But I've been waiting for 1. 5 hours now ?. Seriously I dont understand the delay since there's only 5 customers in the bank. BSN needs to seriously improve work efficiency
