β β β β β Staff service was very bad. Staff showed face to customers when customers requested to change to larger seat. Then staff charged unused mini wipes to customers. The way they treat customers was not good! Will not go back to this branch again!

β β β β β Just spent WRONG money in SETIA ALAM BRANCH !Please ask the MANAGER level staff to serve you before you decide consume! A staff saying member discount and HLB credit card discount can be use tgt but ended up refused when making the payment! Then somehow perfunctory saying the staff is new ! So what !?!?!? Ended up don't get the credit card discount but spent more RM 10 to apply your membership and got suck benefit ! ??? Ordered pork and beef never serve but saying customer never order ! Totally speechless about this service! Won't visit anymore!

β β β β β Terrible service been face during dinner session, no cabbage given after main set came, no chopsticks, no sauce, been wait for 10min until cannot than call the staff come. If ur branch unable to handle ala cart and refill set at the same time, please measure back your manpower capacity and service provided.

β β β β β the service needs more improvement at this outlet as the efficiency of requests are always quite slow. so far the food quality still good. you might need to queue for seats with the current social distance norm during RMCO although there aren't many people.

β β β β β Please go if you can accept cockroaches climb in and out of the cabbage. Too many cockroaches on the floor also even though the board over cashier mentioned that they just did a pest control on 14/10/2021 ? Reflect to the person in charge and he just took away the cabbage and said itβs because they put the cabbage on the table βββfirst of all, no matter where you put the cabbage in the restaurant, it shouldnβt have cockroaches ??

β β β β β The food is great, meat and other ingredients are fresh, staff are quite efficient but definitely need more hands as they were very busy running around serving customers when the restaurant is full, got to have patience to get their attention. There's always queue during dining hours as well since the outlet is not very big.
