β β β β β Average ramen with higher than average price tag. The broth is not strong and flavorful as per my expectation. Char siew and noodle texture was customizable and good enough for me. The gyoza was average as well. Doesnt make me for a revisit this place again

β β β β β To be honest, shoyu-uma taste better than bari-uma. Chashu definitely nice & strong taste. But the tonkotsu base for bari-uma are mild, you will feel creamy but there no kick of the flavour in it. Noodles are normal to me.

β β β β β Today I go to the ramen restaurant want some good chashu ramen. Since I visit this restaurant few times. But today is the unsatisfied food I ever had.
I have ordered ramen and green tea, the ramen arrived early than the drinks, I told myself that's fine. But when I eat the chashu, the taste so bland and there's no smell like grilled chashu suppose to.
After I finish the ramen, the drinks still not arrive. The restaurant not crowded with people when I ordered. Overall I won't come again to this restaurant again.

β β β β β Price ok, food ok. Service very bad, all the staff are like I owe them money. For this kind of price, I can have better ramen, better ambience, better service elsewhere. Btw, the ajitama egg overcooked.

Ordered Noritama-Uma ramen : RM29.90 (excluded service tax 10% & sales tax 6%) Broth is thick and rich but kinda salty at my liking. Taste wise is nice. Good to have seaweed for balancing. (Itβs a tricky triangle in sheet, I were firstly thought itβs a full square sheet. ?)
Friendly staffs and fast service.

β β β β β used to come on different Bari Uma chain since they served great ramen with thick, delicious broth but not sure why this time the foods taste like instant food (aside from yakitori. the skewer is recommended!)
giving 3 stars because probably it's just my bad day here, but personally, not going to come to Bari-Uma anymore

Real food came out kinda same as photo, only onsen egg not cut but they stated in menu that they dont cut it. So its fine!
Staff friendly.
Highly recommended!
