★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome pet cafe! If you love coffee, this is definitely the place to go, serves better coffee than some other regular hipster cafe. Their coffee art was great too! If you love puppies, you’ll get your heart melted by all their friendly puppies. If you love both coffee and cute little pet dogs, Bark & Bean is a heaven ? will visit again when I’m free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would seriously really recommend this dog cafe if you ever want to go one! Nice ambience, warm lighting and good company. Dogs are trained compared to the dogs in other dog cafes. Foods and beverages are nice too? definitely rate 5/5 for this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staffs and dogs as well. Learnt different types of coffee beans, gives different types of taste notes. Worth going to, do ask them about different hand drip coffees when you are over there!

Owner was nice enough to let us bring in our big dog as we didn't know about the only small dogs policy.
Coffee was great. Great doggy treats! My dog polished that pup cake up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cafes I have been to, they have 3-4 Maltese and 3-4 Pomeranian in the cafe, the dogs are clean, no odour, kids friendly, the staffs are very friendly too.

After the satisfying breakfast at Pun Chun - we were famished anyway - our journey continued heading North and 2.5 hours later, we arrived in Penang. Time to cure the caffeine fix of the day, and I drove towards this cafe located in Gelugor area. I thought of coming here first because Gelugor is quite far from where we were going to stay for the rest of our vacation.
So I read about this cafe which is dog-friendly and has many dogs to pet. Pet & kids.. they would definitely love this combo. Located right next to a pet shop, we spent about an hour here, enjoying the coffee while the kids pet the canines.
◾3-Layer Chocolate Cake - the cake came with cute art using chocolate syrup.
◾Coffee - can't complain because we could enjoy our coffee with peace of minds, free from the torture of the kids who were busy running around playing with the dogs.
While the cake selections and coffee aren't exactly out of this world, I appreciate the fact that the Pomeranians and other small dogs were there to keep the young ones company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this cafe via Google. Probably it’s not fair to gave 3 stars but I don’t have good experience here. I brought my toy poodle and she’s energetic which resulted some kids yelling afraid and scared like my Toy Poodle is a Rottweiler. Note to parents: Please don’t bring your children to the pet cafe if they are scared to pets animals like dogs or puppies. My puppy ended being tied up instead of freely interacting with other puppies which was not enjoyable at all. What’s the purpose of pets cafe? It’s supposed to let your pets enjoy themselves freely and the owners can enjoy their drinks and foods without need to follow up with their pets around like at the garden or public area.
To pet owners; you must let your pets to wear pampers to enter the cafe or else you will have to buy. I was lucky enough that a nice pet owner gave me one as it was my first visit.
